sessions (6 hours) to explore personal issues in a supportive
group setting.

of relationships over the years from couples to parent/child,
boss/employee, friendships, etc. Open to counselors as well
as others. Three hour session.
-
Navigating These Unpredictable Times:
The relative stability most of us have known since WWII is showing
serious signs of collapsing. We can't count on life now as we
once could. Many of us are anxious and depressed, and many of
us are in denial. We will explore a variety of psychological
and consciousness processes that can help us handle these deep
concerns in a supportive group environment. Four hour session.
-
Being Single: More and more people live
alone for a variety of different reasons. In many circles there
is a stigma attached to being single. We will explore the many
faces of this issue together from the personal as well as the
cultural point of view. Group could continue afterwards as a
support group for those interested. Three hour session.
