Gestalt Training
for Helping Professionals: This seminar provides didactic
as well as experiential learning opportunities. Some of the
themes covered will be: the contact boundary, a fluid concept
of the self, the paradoxical theory of change, use of body language,
the breath, the creative void, dream work and others. Seminar
will involve a 3 hour introductory session, plus 5-10 sessions,
depending on needs of group.
-
Personal Growth
Workshops: Day-long sessions (6 hours) to explore personal
issues in a supportive group setting.
-
About Relationships:
A unique framework will be presented that has been helpful to
many in all kinds of relationships over the years from couples
to parent/child, boss/employee, friendships, etc. Open to counselors
as well as others. Three hour session.
-
Navigating These
Unpredictable Times: The relative stability most of us have
known since WWII is showing serious signs of collapsing. We
can't count on life now as we once could. Many of us are anxious
and depressed, and many of us are in denial. We will explore
a variety of psychological and consciousness processes that
can help us handle these deep concerns in a supportive group
environment. Four hour session.
